Hike the Sandbar at Grandview- Hampton
This is a stunning and recently untouched stretch of coastline in Hampton. The round trip here is 7 miles through 97% sand and is challenging. Two and a half to three hours is the norm.
There are usually conch to be found and usually an awesome view of the Chesapeake Bay.
